    2. Requirements Identification Matrix:

    A detailed listing of all requirements which must be responded to in the proposal. Each requirement is segregated and organized in an easy to read matrix. The RIM is based on an in-depth analysis of the complete solicitation package so that all proposal content requirements are identified.

    3. Author's Storyboard Kit:

    A Storyboard format kit is provided for each author. The kit contains a pre-formatted PPM Storyboard form for each topic in the Proposal Topical Outline.
