A professional, independent review of your proposal, before you submit it to the Government, could make the difference between winning or losing. PPM has over fourteen years of experience organizing and leading Pink, Red, and Gold Team Reviews, to improve the win potential of a proposal. With our knowledge of the source selection process, our successful experience, and independent structured review process we can improve your chances of winning the contract.

Our independent review procedures were developed to emulate the Government source selection process. We simulate the Government Source Selection Evaluation Board and grade the proposal. Our three step review process is concluded with a complete interactive debriefing to your proposal staff. The results will provide you with guidance and direction on what must be done to improve your probability of winning the contract.

Step 1:	We thoroughly analyze the RFP, your proposal plan, and associated documents to develop an educated, yet independent, understanding of all proposal requirements.

Step 2:	We conduct an independent review of your storyboards or proposal. The focus of our evaluation is on how well will the proposal will score when it is reviewed by the Government. During the review we assess the documented from three aspects: Is the proposal responsive to all requirements? Does the proposal demonstrate compliance to the requirements? How persuasive is the presentation?

Step 3:	We then provide a thorough interactive debriefing to the entire proposal team to discuss the review team findings. The focus of the debrief is on specific recommendations for resolution of major issues. We also present recommendations and guidance on improvements relative to strengths, weaknesses, and winability.
