We will train your staff to design and manage winning proposals.

The PPM proposal preparation and management training course is conducted over a three day period by the Team Leader with assistance from Senior Proposal Specialists. It consists of one day of lecture and two days of workshop. The course is based on the training curriculum listed below. During the two-day workshop, participants get hands-on experience using the PRO-SYS proposal design tools presented on the first day of the course.

When follow-on support is provided by PPM after the training, the PPM Team Leader will conduct refresher training throughout the proposal development. The PPM Proposal Specialists will ensure that each person fully understands the process and can effectively use the proposal design tools.
